The bill expands the Vermont National Guard Tuition Benefit Program to allow members to pursue graduate degrees and second baccalaureate degrees. Eligible members must be active in the Vermont National Guard, complete basic training, and be enrolled in a Vermont institution or an eligible training institution. Members must also commit to two years of service for each full academic year of attendance.
