Vermont S0076 reduces the frequency of health equity data reporting from annually to every three years, starting in 2028. The Department of Health must analyze health equity data to detect disparities based on race, ethnicity, language, sex, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity, and socioeconomic status. The analysis results must be reported to legislative committees and published on the Department's website at least twice a year.
