The House concurrent resolution commemorates the 160th anniversary of the Park-McCullough Historic Governor’s Mansion in Bennington. Built from 1864–1865, the mansion is of French Second Empire design with Romantic Revival elements, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972. The mansion, now a house museum, is overseen by the Park-McCullough House Association, Inc., which sponsors various community programs.
