The Vermont House of Representatives passed a resolution to honor Buddy Hayford, Twin Valley High School's Athletic Director and boys' soccer coach, for reaching 500 wins. Hayford, who has coached various sports for over 43 years, has guided over 350 players and secured 10 divisional titles. His achievements include coaching softball, baseball, and tennis, and he will coach track and field in 2026. Hayford, who has been with the school for 39 years, is also the longest-serving high school athletic director in Vermont.
