Vermont H0907 amends statutes to repeal certain legislatively enacted reporting requirements, extend others until 2030, and exempt some from automatic expiration. The bill repeals reports on water quality financial and technical assistance, Choices for Care services, household weatherization, and other specific topics. It extends reports on racial disparities in the criminal and juvenile justice system, State Ethics Commission activities, and other subjects until 2030. The bill also exempts certain reports from automatic expiration under 2 V.S.A. Section 20(d). Effective July 1, 2026.
