Establishes the Vermont Skier Development Scholarship Fund to provide scholarships for up to 20 Vermont skiers and snowboarders to attend eligible.

The bill creates the Vermont Skier Development Scholarship Fund, administered by the Agency of Commerce and Community Development, to fund scholarships for up to 20 Vermont skiers and snowboarders to attend eligible ski academies. The fund will be financed by sales and use tax revenue and other sources. Scholarship recipients must have completed eighth grade and meet athletic and academic criteria. The fund will be evaluated for effectiveness and return on investment. The program will be repealed on July 1, 2031.
