Establishes the Adult Involuntary Guardianship Working Group to study and recommend changes to guardianship proceedings.

This bill creates the Adult Involuntary Guardianship Working Group to study jurisdiction of proceedings involving the involuntary guardianship of adults. The group will examine the advisability of consolidating adult involuntary guardianships under Title 14 with guardianships for persons with developmental disabilities under Title 18. The Working Group will report its recommendations, including any proposed legislative changes, to relevant committees by December 15, 2026.
