Establishes the Office of Entrepreneurship to support and promote entrepreneurship in Vermont.

The bill creates the Office of Entrepreneurship within the Agency of Commerce and Community Development. The office will promote entrepreneurship by strengthening policies and programs, working with stakeholders, and assisting businesses in operation for up to five years. It will also report annually on the number and dollar amount of state contracts awarded to such businesses, the percentage of contracts awarded, and recommendations for improving access and overall entrepreneurship. The office will serve as a contact point for businesses and refer them to other agencies as needed.
