Vermont H0058 requires the Agency of Human Services to provide Medicaid coverage for medically necessary play therapy. These include psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, and psychoanalysts. The act takes effect on July 1, 2025.
