Proposed amendment to Utah Constitution to change legislative session rules and districting.

This resolution proposes to amend the Utah Constitution to change legislative session rules, including allowing annual general sessions to occur on nonconsecutive days and requiring both houses to meet on the same days. It also proposes to amend the districting process to require the Legislature to divide the state into congressional, legislative, and other districts based on U.S. census results.
