Establishes the Uninsured Children Dental Care Restricted Account and directs certain revenue to it.

This bill creates the Uninsured Children Dental Care Restricted Account within the General Fund, consisting of appropriations, revenue from sales and use tax, private donations, and interest earned on the account. The University of Utah School of Dentistry's Oral Health Assistance Program will use these funds to provide dental care for uninsured children in each county. The bill also amends the sales and use tax provisions to direct certain revenue to the Uninsured Children Dental Care Restricted Account.
