Increases the cap on the Securities Investor Education, Training, and Enforcement Fund to $1,000,000.

This bill increases the cap limit on the Securities Investor Education, Training, and Enforcement Fund from $500,000 to $1,000,000. The fund provides revenue for education and training of Utah residents in securities laws, education of registrants and licensees, investigation and litigation, and awards to reporters. If the fund balance exceeds $1,000,000 at the close of any fiscal year, the excess will be transferred to the General Fund. The bill also makes technical changes to the fund's management.
