Statutorily Required Reports and Presentations Amendments

This bill addresses reports and presentations made to legislative interim committees. It removes, due to expired statutory deadlines, requirements for a report or presentation to the Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Interim Committee. It also removes the requirement for an annual presentation given to the Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Interim Committee from the State Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice.
