Suspending limitations on conference committee jurisdiction for S.B. No. 5 to add campground and youth camp safety appropriations.

This bill suspends certain Senate rules to allow the conference committee on S.B. No. 5 to add appropriations for campground and youth camp safety to the Department of State Health Services.
