Texas Senate Resolution 712 congratulates the Austin County 4-H Livestock Quiz Bowl team for winning the Western National Roundup championship.

The Austin County 4-H Livestock Quiz Bowl team, consisting of Bellville High School juniors Katelyn Krenek, Madilyn McCullough, Darcy Luedke, and Katie Schumann, won the Western National Roundup championship in January 2025. The team, under the guidance of coaches Janet and Rodney Melnar, advanced through district and state contests to qualify for the national level of competition. Madilyn McCullough earned the champion high point individual, and Katelyn Krenek earned the fourth high point individual.
