SB933 amends the Water Code to specify the location requirements for meetings of the board of directors of a municipal utility district. If less than 50% of the land area inside a district has been developed, meetings must be held at a publicly accessible location either inside the district or up to 10 miles outside the district, unless five qualified electors petition for a location further away.
