Texas SB460 amends the Government Code to declare that the United Nations has no jurisdiction in Texas. It also restricts Texas state agencies, political subdivisions, public and private schools, charter schools, and institutions of higher education from enforcing or implementing World Health Organization public health policies or guidelines unless specifically authorized by state law or a governor's executive order. The act takes effect immediately if it receives a two-thirds vote in both legislative houses; otherwise, it becomes effective September 1, 2025.
