SB360 amends the Texas Health and Safety Code to allow a pregnant woman to specify in her advance directive the effect her pregnancy has on the directive. It also allows a pregnant woman to specify in her out-of-hospital Do-Not-Resuscitate (DNR) order the effect her pregnancy has on the order. The bill takes effect September 1, 2025.
