Texas SB3008 amends the Education Code to facilitate the transfer of public school students if their parent is a peace officer, servicemember, or judge. The transfer must be to the campus or school district selected by the parent making the request. The school district is not required to provide transportation for the student. This act applies starting with the 2025-2026 school year.
