Allows voluntary removal of either identification tag or button tag from breeder deer upon release.

This bill amends the Parks and Wildlife Code to allow the voluntary removal of either the identification tag or the button tag from a breeder deer when it is released onto a site. The person releasing the deer may choose to remove one but not both tags. This change takes effect September 1, 2025.
