Texas SB2811 amends the Texas Music Incubator Program to change how rebates are awarded. The office will now grant rebates to music venues and music festival promoters that provide the most economic benefit to the communities where they are located and to the Texas music industry. The comptroller will issue a warrant for any rebate granted by the office, drawn on the Texas music incubator account. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
