Texas SB2705 removes fees for specialty license plates for volunteer firefighters and fire protection personnel. It also exempts farm trailers, semitrailers, tractors, and implements of husbandry weighing 4,000 pounds or less from vehicle registration if used temporarily on highways. The changes take effect September 1, 2025.
