Texas SB2681 amends the Election Code to specify that a voter challenging another's registration must submit a sworn statement identifying the voter and stating a specific qualification the challenged voter has not met. The grounds for the challenge must be based on personal knowledge or a fact not subject to reasonable dispute. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
