This bill amends the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code to modify the conditions under which a consumer delivery permit holder can deliver alcoholic beverages. Specifically, it allows such deliveries only in response to bona fide consumer orders and limits the delivery area to within 50 miles of the retailer's premises where the sale is legal. This change takes effect on September 1, 2025.
