This bill amends the Alcoholic Beverage Code to allow airline passenger transportation permittees to store alcoholic beverages in sealed containers at any airport they regularly serve or within five miles of such an airport, within the same county. This change is subject to rules and regulations set by the Alcoholic Beverage Commission. The amendment takes effect September 1, 2025.
