Amends Texas Water Code to require the Texas Groundwater Protection Committee to publish an annual report on groundwater monitoring and contamination.

The Texas Groundwater Protection Committee, in conjunction with the commission, must publish an annual report by June 1 each year. The report covers the committee's activities and findings from the previous calendar year. It must describe the status of groundwater monitoring programs at regulated facilities and activities, detail documented cases of groundwater contamination from the previous year, and indicate the status of enforcement actions for prior contamination cases. The act takes effect September 1, 2025.
