Texas SB2007 amends the Transportation Code to allow applicants for motor vehicle registration to voluntarily disclose their military status. If an applicant chooses to disclose their military status, the Texas Department of Public Safety must include this information in the vehicle registration records and any related records or reports. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
