The bill designates a portion of Farm-to-Market Road 2360 in Starr County as the Jose Maria Longoria Sr. Memorial Highway. The Texas Department of Transportation is required to design and construct markers indicating the designation and erect a marker at each end of the highway. The designation is in addition to any other designation. The act takes effect September 1, 2025.
