The bill designates the structure on State Highway 151 that passes over Potranco Road in Bexar County as the Mr. Samuel E. Luna Jr. Memorial Bridge. This designation is in addition to any other existing designation. The Texas Department of Transportation is required to design and construct markers indicating this designation and any other appropriate information, and to erect a marker at each end of the bridge. The act takes effect on September 1, 2025.
