Texas SB1346 amends the Government Code to prohibit sales agents from knowingly selling or allowing the sale of lottery tickets to individuals attempting to purchase all possible winning tickets in a drawing. If a sales agent violates this provision, the commission shall revoke the agent's license for each of their licensed locations. A person whose license is revoked may not apply for a new sales agent license before the first anniversary of the revocation date. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
