This bill amends the Texas Parks and Wildlife Code to consolidate certain nonresident hunting licenses. It limits the types and numbers of licenses a nonresident can acquire or possess in a license year. A nonresident can have one general hunting license or one spring turkey hunting license, but not both. Multiple five-day hunting licenses are allowed. The bill also sets the fee for a nonresident general hunting license at $100.75 or more, as determined by the commission. The changes take effect September 1, 2025.
