Exempts certain boilers in medical equipment and autoclaves from registration and inspection requirements.

This bill amends the Health and Safety Code to exempt specific types of boilers from registration and inspection requirements. Exempted are boilers owned or operated by the federal government, pressure vessels or process steam generators, miniature boilers used for hobby purposes, boilers in medical devices regulated by the FDA, and unfired pressure vessels in autoclaves. The changes take effect September 1, 2025.
