Texas SB114 amends the Parks and Wildlife Code to require postmortem testing of deer for chronic wasting disease be conducted by the Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory. The results of these tests must be interpreted by at least two employees of the laboratory. This law takes effect on September 1, 2025.
