The Texas House of Representatives commends Rob Kepple for his exceptional career and contributions to the Lone Star State. Kepple, a graduate of The George Washington University Law School, began his career as an associate at the Fulbright and Jaworski law firm in Houston. He later became a chief felony prosecutor in Harris County and joined the Texas District and County Attorneys Association in 1990. Over 22 years as executive director, Kepple led the association to become the largest statewide association of prosecutors in the nation.
