Texas House of Representatives congratulates Colonel Thomas Clark Mohler on his retirement from the Texas State Guard.

Colonel Thomas Clark Mohler retired from the Texas State Guard in November 2024, concluding nearly 25 years of service. He began his career in December 2001, rising through the ranks to colonel. Mohler earned numerous accolades, including being named Guardsman of the Year in 2003. He completed officer training through the U.S. Marine Corps Academy and served as a chaplain for both the Texas National Guard and Texas State Guard. Mohler also established chapel services at Camp Mabry and oversaw renovations at the All Faiths Chapel there.
