The Texas House of Representatives commends Candy Gibbs for her 30 years of service to Hope Choice Pregnancy Centers and Mentoring Programs in Amarillo. Established in 1987, Hope Choice provides support and mentorship to women experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. Gibbs joined in 1995 and now serves as executive director. Under her leadership, the organization has served over 200,000 clients and developed seven mentoring programs, including four faith-based initiatives, two youth programs, and a college ministry.
