Born in Fort Worth on February 12, 2002, Terrin was the son of Stewart and Tawny Solbrig and grew up with his older brother, Jacob. He attended Cross Lutheran School and was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and its youth group. Terrin was a member of the Class of 2020 at Canyon High School in New Braunfels, where he played varsity basketball and participated in FFA and Young Americans for Freedom.
