The Lady Raiders clinched the district crown in the regular season and defeated Bridgeport, San Elizario, Benbrook, and Godley High Schools in the playoffs. They won the state semifinal against Aubrey 1-0 and triumphed over Wimberley High School in the championship by a 7-6 count in the penalty kick shootout after a 2-2 tie through two overtime periods.
