The Texas House of Representatives commemorates the opening of Don't Tell Mama Tattoo in Cedar Park. Brooke and James Dupper, the husband-and-wife team behind the shop, bring diverse backgrounds to the venture. Brooke, a former educator, was most recently an assistant principal at Four Points Middle School in Austin. James served in the U.S. Army in Afghanistan and at Fort Hood before spending 13 years in the tattoo industry.
