The Texas House of Representatives congratulates Susann Kazunas on her promotion to group vice president and executive engineering officer for Toyota Motor North America. Kazunas began her career in the 1990s at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky, where she worked in the stamping and weld shops. She completed a two-year assignment in Japan before transferring to Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas in San Antonio in 2019. In February 2024, she was appointed president of Toyota Texas, overseeing all production and administrative functions at the plant.
