Texas HR1106 congratulates Abigail Melton of Barbers Hill High School on receiving a 2025 scholarship from the Mont Belvieu Area Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber awards four $1,000 scholarships annually to graduating seniors intending to study in one of four fields: first responder, health care, teaching, or counseling. Melton plans to pursue a career in clinical psychology.
