The Texas House of Representatives congratulates Rosalyn Kelly on receiving a scholarship from the Mont Belvieu Area Chamber of Commerce. The scholarship, funded by the annual Barbers Hill Fall Fest, is awarded to four graduating seniors from Barbers Hill High School who plan to pursue a degree in one of four fields: first responder, health care, teaching, or counseling. Rosalyn Kelly, who plans to pursue a degree in early childhood education, hopes to return to the Mont Belvieu community to teach preschool or kindergarten.
