Establishes a grant program for local governments to acquire emergency communication equipment and infrastructure.

The bill creates the Texas Division of Emergency Management Hill Country 2025 Flood Response Grant Program. This program will provide grants to local governments for the purchase of emergency communication equipment and infrastructure, construction of emergency communication infrastructure, and training employees for effective use of the equipment during an emergency. The Texas Division of Emergency Management will administer the grant program, establish procedures, and monitor contracts with grant recipients.
