This bill amends the Government Code to require the Legislative Budget Board to post on its website documents and all supporting materials used to create those documents when provided to a committee, subcommittee, or conference committee for an appropriations bill. The change applies only to documents provided on or after the effective date of the Act, which is September 1, 2025.
