Exempts certain outboard motors from certificate of title requirements.
This bill amends the Parks and Wildlife Code to exempt certain outboard motors from the requirement to have a certificate of title. Specifically, it excludes outboard motors that are at least 40 years old and have a capacity of not more than 25 horsepower. The change takes effect September 1, 2025.
