Amends the boundaries of the Driftwood Conservation District in Hays County, Texas.

The bill amends the boundaries of the Driftwood Conservation District in Hays County, Texas. It validates and confirms all governmental acts, elections, and proceedings of the Driftwood Conservation District that were taken before the effective date of this Act. This validation does not apply to matters currently in litigation or already ruled invalid by a final court judgment. If the bill does not receive a two-thirds majority vote, it will take effect on September 1, 2025.
