Transfers governance of University of Houston-Victoria to The Texas A&M University System.

This bill transfers the governance, control, management, and property of the University of Houston-Victoria from the University of Houston System to The Texas A&M University System. The transfer is effective September 1, 2025. The board of regents of The Texas A&M University System will govern, operate, manage, and control the university. The transfer does not affect the status of students or employees. Tuition and fees remain unchanged until The Texas A&M University System authorizes a different amount.
