These facilities include nursing, continuing care, assisted living, and mental health facilities, but exclude abortion providers and diagnostic centers. Loans bear an interest rate not exceeding one percent and have a term not exceeding 10 years. Loan amounts can cover up to 80% of the cost for certain facilities and 50% for others.
