Establishes quality standards for the sale of aggregates and concrete in Texas.

The bill amends the Health and Safety Code to add a new chapter establishing quality standards for the sale of aggregates and concrete. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is tasked with adopting these standards and prohibiting the sale of non-conforming concrete and aggregates. When setting these standards, the commission must consider those published by the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association. The provisions of this act will take effect on September 1, 2025.
