The bill designates a portion of Farm-to-Market Road 2360 in Starr County, Texas, between its intersections with Texas Street and U.S. Highway 83, as the Jose Maria Longoria Sr. Memorial Highway. The Texas Department of Transportation is directed to design and construct markers indicating this designation and erect them at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites. The designation is in addition to any other designation. The act takes effect September 1, 2025.
